Bebo has been shooting for a commercial in Bangkok for the past few days and has only a few hours to spare for IPL. As the shoot is not yet over, Bebo is required to be Bangkok after her performance at the opening ceremony.
Speaking to a daily, a source said, “So the organisers have decided to arrange for a chartered flight for her, which will fly her from Bangkok to Chennai. And then she will board the same flight to return to Bangkok to wrap the ad shoot.”
Bebo’s round trip is costing the organizers a whooping Rs 20 lakhs. But since the organisers are keen on getting her on stage, they perhaps don’t mind spending that much money.
“They are very keen on having Bebo onboard, and are making sure she is not inconvenienced in any way,” said one of Kareena’s spokesperson.
The actress is likely to perform on a medley of her hit numbers from ‘Bodyguard’, ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘RA.One’.
Along with Kareena, a bevy of stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Salman Khan and Pop icon Katy Perry will be performing at the IPL opening ceremony.

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar wants to break the tradition of the industry
regarding, casting another actress to do an item track in his film.
Instead, the filmmaker who is making his most ambitious project Heroine has asked his leading lady Kareena Kapoor to turn into an item girl for a song titled ‘Halkat Jawani,’ which is said to be incorporated in the under production project.
Bhandarkar says, “I know Kareena can do justice to the item song. With an immense talent, she possesses, Bebo will rock the dance floor with the item track called Halkat Jawani. I am sure the audience will remember this one for a longer time to come.”
With Chhammak Chhalo’s success last year and Dil Mera Muft Ka, in Agent Vinod this year, the magic of Bebo in Halkat Jawani is definitely set to work for Heroine.
Madhur also wants to prove a point to other filmmakers that his actress is capable enough not only to enthrall the audience with her performance but also impress them with her jhatka’s and latka’s at the same time.
